Located in the city of New Orleans, NOLA was designed for LEED-NC Platinum in 2008. The seven story mid-rise condominiums were planned as a catalyst for the future enhancement of the city.

The buildings aesthetic and materiality consisted of eco-concious strategies such as the incorporation of a carbon smart palette, geo-thermal energy, rainwater harvesting and natural daylight and ventilation.
The condominiums were designed with 5 different types of units ranging from 1-4 bedrooms; all with a unique view to the river or private courtyard. A green roof and terrace, fitness center and social room were also designed as high-end amenities.
