APMonarch monitors the design in conformance to the project budget and notifies Gensler and client of any necessary changes to, or deviations from the budget.
APMonarch’s role on the project is related to the base building landlord work in conjunction with the new retail and concessions tenants as well as public areas within the base building landlord’s areas.
In the 5-phased project, we have delivered two complete phases from Design Development, Construction Administration to Substantial Completion.
