Institute for Workforce Education (IWE) was a tenant in the LEED-CS Platinum Certified Building located at the Green Exchange. IWE sought the expertise of APMonarch’ design and sustainability services to comply with strict LEED-CS tenant design guidelines.

LEED Standards

We met all LEED-CS requirements for responsible use of materials and resources, improved indoor air quality, design of energy efficient lighting, and MEP systems.

Multi-Functional Spaces

We divided the space into two main areas: (private) administrative offices and (public) classrooms for IWE’S highly successful contractor training program.
